Title Guaranty & Insurance Co. was privately owned until it was purchased
by Trinity Capital Corporation in May 2000, making it the only title company in
New Mexico to be owned by a holding company of a financial institution. Trinity
Capital Corporation also owns Los Alamos
National Bank.
